We design every travel plan with care, through local expertise and personalized research. Because our service is fully customized and digitally delivered, the following policy applies to all orders.

1. Nature of the Service

Consent to Immediate Performance / Waiver of Withdrawal Right. By placing an order, you expressly request that we begin preparing your custom itinerary immediately, and you acknowledge that — because the service is made to your specifications and delivered digitally — you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” cancellation once preparation has begun. This does not affect the refund rights expressly granted in Section 3.

You may cancel for a full refund only if work has not yet started — specifically, within 2 hours of purchase and before a planner has been assigned. Once expert planning has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled, as work and resources are already committed.

6. Late or Missing Delivery

If you do not receive your itinerary within 48 hours, please contact us immediately and we will prioritize your case. If we fail to deliver within 48 hours without notifying you in advance, you may choose either a full refund or to continue with a discount, at your option.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have any concern, please contact us first — we resolve issues fairly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, or filing a dispute in bad faith for a delivered custom service, may result in suspension of service; we reserve the right to contest such disputes and recover associated costs.

8. Download Access

For your security and privacy, your download link is valid for 7 days and allows up to 5 downloads. A fresh set of downloads is provided after each revision. If your link expires or you need access again, simply log in to your account or contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order. This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
