What is included, and when to order
The fee is $19.9 per itinerary day, not a per-person tour charge. Travel expenses and reservations are separate.
- Your deliverable
- A personalized digital itinerary with practical routing, transport and preparation information.
- You handle bookings
- Flights, hotels, tickets, meals and transport are paid and booked by you. Guides and ground services are not included.
- Delivery and eligibility
- Delivery is within 48 hours of successful payment. Your flight from home must depart at least 48 hours after payment; enter the departure country and the local departure date and time shown on your ticket. No time-zone selection or conversion is needed. For a country spanning time zones, we use the earliest possible time for the 48-hour check.
- Planning support
- WhatsApp responses within 1 hour from 8am–10pm Beijing time (UTC+8), within 4 hours overnight. Email, policy and order inquiries normally receive an initial reply within 24 hours. For complex order concerns or disputes, we provide a substantive response within 5 business days of receiving the inquiry; if investigation is still ongoing, that response explains progress and the expected next step. Know the terms before checkout
Cancellation for a full refund is available only within two hours of purchase, before work starts and before a planner is assigned. After delivery, the published policy provides revisions rather than change-of-mind refunds.
